6 ounces Quesa Filling1 cup shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Green onion
Salsa
Quesa Filling
Jack and Cheddar cheeses
Jalapeño pepper, diced
Tomato, diced
Onion, diced
Cilantro, minced
Bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions
Brush the tortilla with shortening on one side.Place one tortilla, shortening side down on work surface.
Cover it with chipotle sauce evenly.
Warm the chicken and place on top of sauce on tortilla.
Put the Quesa Filling on top of the chicken.
Place next tortilla, shortening side up.
Brown until internal Quesa Filling is thoroughly melted.
To make it great add shredded lettuce, sour cream, green onion and sasa as desired.
